Mr. S.S. Swamy, Secretary, looks after the administration and the meetings of the Board of Directors.

Mr. M. C. Kompa, Accountant, handles the correspondence of the administration and looks after the work of the accounts department. He accepts the payment of market fees and other fees, rent, deposits etc. collected under the market committee and sends them to the bank and writes daily journal entries and invoices and assists the Tally Department in taking the records of the accounts department.

Mr. S. C. Malge, Senior Clerk, looks after the collection of market fees on agricultural produce. From the 1st to the 5th of the month, the market fees are collected through cheques and deposited in the market committee account and a report is submitted to the accountant.

Mr. S. A. Patil looks after the licensing work. Every year, he issues licenses, issues new licenses, collects license fees and digit amount and pays them to the accountant and submits the report to the Hon'ble Secretary.

Mr. I.M. Naganallikar looks after the operations of the trading department. Trading starts at 12.00 noon every day and ends by 6.00 pm. He uploads the daily arrival and market price information on the marketing board website.

Mr. S.S Magi looks after the operation of the weighing fork.

The vehicle entry fee is collected by taking an accurate record of the agricultural goods arriving at the gate. The weight details are verified by taking the gate pass and the outgoing entry is recorded.

Mr. R.R. Pawar looks after the work of agricultural collateral loan. After inspecting the agricultural produce of the farmers, the agricultural produce is deposited in the market committee's godown and collateral loan is given to the farmers as per the rules.

Mr. R.R. Pawar and Mr. R.L. Kotnur look after the operations of e-NAM.

Mr. R. L. Kotnur looks after the functioning of the Computer Department.
